  • We offer a 50-Minute Intro Class most Saturdays at 12:00. We highly recommend this class to learn how to operate the equipment, set your springloads, and understand terminology used in classes.  We focus heavily on alignment and correct form while teaching you some common exercises on each piece of equipment. You will get a workout from this class, however, it is about 50% less intense than our signature Full-Body classes.
