Delete Your Core10 Pilates Account
Core10 Pilates clients may request deletion of their account and eligible personal information at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion in either of these ways:
Use the “Remove My Account” option under “My Profile” in the Core10 Pilates client portal or app.
Email [email protected] and request that your Core10 Pilates account and personal information be deleted.
Please include enough information for us to identify the correct account.
What We Delete
When an account deletion request is completed, Core10 Pilates will remove personal information that is no longer needed, including, as applicable:
Email address
Phone number
Mailing address
Date of birth
Emergency contact information
Saved payment information
Client notes
Health, injury, or physical-condition information contained in client notes
Other profile information that is not required for legitimate business or legal purposes
What We May Retain
Certain historical records may need to be retained for legitimate business, accounting, tax, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
These may include:
Name when necessary to identify required historical records
Purchase and sales history
Membership history
Payments and refunds
Class-package purchases
Class booking and attendance history
Signed contracts and agreements
Signed liability waivers
Chargeback or payment-dispute records
Accounting and tax records
