Core10 Pilates (“Core10,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us through the Core10 Pilates website, Core10 Pilates mobile app, client portal, and our studio services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, how it may be processed by service providers, and how you may request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
Core10 Pilates operates in the United States.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, make a purchase, book a class or private session, become a member, communicate with Core10, or use our website or mobile app, we may collect information such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Mailing address
Date of birth
Emergency contact information
Account and profile information
Membership and package information
Purchase, payment, and refund history
Class booking and attendance history
Signed agreements, contracts, and waivers
Communications with Core10
Notes voluntarily provided by you or recorded in connection with providing services, including information regarding injuries, physical limitations, or other information relevant to safely providing Pilates and fitness services
You are not required to provide information that is not necessary to create or maintain your account or provide the services you request.
In addition, we may use this information to inform you by mail, e-mail, or otherwise about products, services, or special actions of CORE10 Pilates that may interest you.
Payment Information
Payments made through the Core10 Pilates app, client portal, website, or studio software are processed using third-party payment processing services.
If you choose to save a payment method to your account, that payment information is maintained through the payment processing system associated with your account. You may remove a saved payment method when permitted by the system.
Core10 Pilates does not sell payment information.
If you request deletion of your Core10 account, saved payment information associated with your active client profile will be removed as part of the account deletion process, subject to any information that a payment processor may be legally required to retain regarding previously completed transactions.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your personal information to:
Create and administer your Core10 Pilates account
Manage memberships, class packages, purchases, and payments
Allow you to book, cancel, and manage classes and appointments
Communicate with you regarding bookings, memberships, purchases, studio information, and customer service
Provide Pilates and fitness services safely and effectively
Maintain required business, accounting, tax, contractual, and transaction records
Prevent or resolve payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or account misuse

Service Providers and Disclosure of Information
Core10 Pilates does not sell or rent your personal information.
We may provide limited personal information to trusted service providers when necessary for them to perform services on behalf of Core10 Pilates. These may include companies that provide:
Studio management and mobile app services
Payment processing

Core10 Pilates instructors do not have access to private client contact information such as personal email addresses, mailing addresses, or phone numbers unless access is necessary for an authorized business purpose.

Website and App Data

The Core10 Pilates app does not require access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise device location, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Fitbit, or similar health or fitness-device data as part of its normal operation.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, and improve the user experience.
You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when a cookie is being sent. Some website functions may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
Data Retention
Core10 Pilates retains active client account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and maintain our business relationship with the client.
If you request deletion of your account, Core10 Pilates will remove personal profile information that is no longer necessary, including, as applicable:
Email address
Phone number
Mailing address
Date of birth
Emergency contact information
Saved payment information
Client notes
Health, injury, or physical-condition information contained in client notes
Other profile information that is not required to maintain legitimate business or legal records
Certain historical records may need to be retained after an account deletion request for legitimate business, accounting, tax, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.
These records may include:
Your name when necessary to identify required historical records
Purchases and sales transactions
Membership history
Payments and refunds
Class-package purchases
Class booking and attendance history
Signed contracts and agreements
Signed liability waivers
Chargebacks or payment disputes
Accounting and tax records
Core10 Pilates generally may retain these limited records for up to seven years following the end of the client relationship or most recent transaction, or for a longer period when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, maintain required contractual or financial records, resolve a dispute or legal claim, or protect against fraud.
Information that is not necessary for one of these purposes will not be intentionally retained following completion of an account-deletion request.
Account and Personal Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Core10 Pilates account and associated personal information at any time.
Through Your Core10 Account
You may initiate an account-removal request through the “Remove My Account” option located under “My Profile” in the Core10 Pilates client portal or app.

You may also request deletion of your account or personal information by emailing:

Please state that you are requesting deletion of your Core10 Pilates account or personal information and provide enough information for us to identify the correct account.
Core10 Pilates will normally process account and personal-data deletion requests within seven (7) days after the request and any reasonably necessary verification of the account owner's identity.
When an account deletion request is completed:
The client will no longer be able to access the deleted/inactivated client account.
Contact and profile information that is no longer required will be deleted.
Saved payment information will be removed from the client profile.
Client notes, including health or injury information, will be deleted when they are not required for an ongoing legal or business purpose.
Only limited historical information that Core10 Pilates reasonably needs for legitimate accounting, tax, transaction, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes will be retained.
A request to delete an app or client account is separate from the cancellation terms of an active Core10 Pilates membership or other contractual obligation. If you have an active membership, outstanding balance, future booking, or other contractual obligation, please contact Core10 Pilates so those matters can be addressed in connection with your request.

Marketing Communications
Core10 Pilates may communicate with current and former clients regarding studio services, programs, promotions, and other information that may be of interest.
Marketing email and text communications include methods for unsubscribing or opting out when required.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not delete your Core10 Pilates client account or historical transaction records.
Likewise, canceling a Core10 Pilates membership does not automatically constitute a request for deletion of your personal information.
If you would like your account or eligible personal information deleted, please follow the account-deletion process described above.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Core10 Pilates may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
