After noticing a significant difference in his strength and flexibility within just the first month, he was hooked on the results. From overcoming shoulder pain to finding new ease in daily activities like tying his shoes, his commitment to Pilates has paid off in spades.

At 61 years old, this lifelong fitness enthusiast has discovered that Pilates offers something his traditional gym routine simply couldn’t. After starting CORE10 on a playful dare from a trainer in 2016, he quickly fell in love with the workouts. He experienced an immediate difference, describing the feeling of "walking on air" after class and realizing the profound impact of true core engagement.

Since joining CORE10, his chronic lower back pain has completely vanished—a benefit he attributes to the studio's focus on balance, mobility, and core strength.
